Standard benefits

Unless stated otherwise in the job description, every role includes 25 days holiday, on top of bank holidays, plus two extra days for mental health breaks. We also close most functions over Christmas, as extra holiday (not deducted from your holiday allowance). We also offer a yearly discretionary bonus based on company performance, as well as a workplace pension with a starting employer contribution of 3% of your annual salary.
